To ensure your stay during OpenFest 2025 (October 18 and 19) is as comfortable and productive as possible, we have gathered the most important information regarding the amenities and logistics of the event at Sofia Tech Park.
Food and Drinks
Dining Options – “Arabiya”
For a quick and delicious bite during breaks, food will be provided by “Arabiya”.
Location: You will find the “Arabiya” stand by the alley located on the other side of the amphitheater (towards the parking lot).
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Please note that this is an approximate time!)
Free Coffee Beverages – Kolichka Bar
Thanks to our partnership with Kolichka Bar, all visitors will be able to enjoy free hot coffee beverages throughout the day.
Location: To avoid queues, there will be two carts – one on the first floor and one outside, by the amphitheater.
Working Hours: The carts will operate all day, throughout both days of the festival.
Water from Culligan
Dispensers for free drinking water are provided by Culligan. The dispensers are located in several places on both floors.
Bring Your Own Bottle: To support OpenFest’s eco-initiative and reduce plastic waste, we encourage all visitors to bring their own reusable bottles for refills.
Key Services
Kids’ Corner – Bulla Artworks
A kids’ corner, maintained by Bulla Artworks, is provided for guests with children.
Age: Suitable for children over 2 years old (children under 3 years must be accompanied by a parent).
Location: The corner will be located in the foyer, inside – to the right of the main entrance, in the alcove before the corridor to the restrooms.
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
After-Party: Wristband Required!
We are keeping much of the After-Party information a secret, but we can promise you it will be worth it! Expect more information soon.
Access to the After-Party is completely free, but a wristband is mandatory. You can pick up your wristband at the Reception Desk at the festival itself.
Merch and Supporting the Fest
Collecting Reserved Merch: Reserved merchandise (T-shirts, hoodies, and mystery boxes) can be collected and paid for at the Reception Desk.
Payments are accepted both in cash and by card.
Please Note: Reserved items will be held at the Reception Desk only until 1:00 PM on Sunday (Oct 19th). After this time, all uncollected items will be released for open sale.
Recommendation: We recommend collecting your order immediately upon arrival to avoid queues.
Donations (Support for OpenFest)
Your support is crucial for the development of the festival! You can make a donation in the following ways:
By Card: A separate POS terminal is provided for card donations.
In Cash: Cash donations should be placed in the donation box (as in previous years).
