OpenFest 2025 on October 18 and 19 is approaching, and the OpenFest team is once again providing the option for pre-ordering this year’s T-shirts and other items from the merch collection. This option guarantees that you will receive your desired size and color.
How to Reserve and Collect Your T-Shirt
Pre-ordering: To secure your T-shirt, you must place a pre-order online at the following address: https://shop.initlab.org/
Selection and Sizes: T-shirts are available in 5 colors, offered in men’s and women’s cuts, and a wide range of sizes from S to XXXL.
Payment and Collection (Important):
- Payment will be made on-site at the Reception desk of the event.
- Upon reservation, you will receive an order number via email, which is extremely important for a quick collection of the item.
- Collection Deadline: Reserved T-shirts will be held at the reception only until 1:00 PM on Sunday (October 19). After this time, all uncollected items will be released for open sale. The OpenFest team recommends that all attendees collect their reserved T-shirts as soon as they arrive at the event.
Merch Collection and Payment
This year’s official merch collection includes T-shirts, bandanas, and hoodies.
- Hoodies: Hoodie-type items will only be available via online pre-order. If the pre-ordered hoodies are not collected at the reception desk by 1:00 PM on Sunday, the uncollected units will be released for open sale.
- Merch from Previous Years: You will also be able to find merch from previous OpenFest editions in the online shop. Expect it soon and keep an eye on the store!
- Payment: Payment is accepted at the reception both in cash and by card. A cash register receipt will be issued for every transaction.
